Current timber prices: standing green sawtimber sold at state timber auctions for a volume-weighted $343 per MBF over the three months through October 2026, across 39 Idaho Department of Lands, Oregon Department of Forestry and Washington DNR sales. That is stumpage, the price of trees on the stump, not the price of lumber or delivered logs.
