About No-bid timber sales tracker
A no-bid sale is a real public timber auction that drew no qualifying bid: the timber was offered at an appraised minimum and no one bought it. This tracker lists the no-bid sales on the tracked dockets over the last 24 months. When a later sale of the same tract (same agency, same sale name) appears, it is linked here as a re-offer with its outcome: whether the minimum was lowered, and whether the re-offer sold. Matching is conservative: only an exact agency + normalized-name match is paired, so an unmatched no-bid simply reads "No re-offer found" rather than a guess. A no-bid is a demand signal, not a defect; it is descriptive, not advice.
